I was booking a flight on **********. I kept having to re-select my preferences for ********** and ********** which is a Wednesday. The algorithm kept selecting the Tuesday flights on the *th and **th June. I had to re-select the Wednesday flights. **Once I had finalised my details and booked my flights I noticed that one of the flights was still booked for the Tuesday. This was literally * minutes after I had booked the flights as I had just finished booking and was checking the reference. **I tried to change it to the flight the next day only to find that the flight change read as £*.** but the "admin" fee was £**. Which is utterly ridiculous since I only booked the flights * minutes previously and it was the easy jet algorithm that had changed my preferences in the first place. **I am not satisfied at all with this as I checked my details before I paid for them and I don't think its fair that I have to pay extra for my flight due to a computer glitch which I noticed and tried to correct * minutes later.

I went to their online chat box function and explained to their customer service representative what had happened and how it was a computer glitch which I noticed and tried to fix minutes later. **They approved the refund and now I only have the cost of the flights instead of my flights and that random admin charge.
