on **th of this month i had a flight with your company from gatwick airport to thessaloniki airport. my flight was an **.**. i was at the airport at ** in morning and your company didnt let us know which gate was our until **.**. it was my first time at gatwick and i couldnt have known how long i needed to be in gate. it was ** minutes far to be in the gate.*i was at the gate **.** and your employments told me that i was late. they called your pilot and he didnt let me pass. i was begging them for ** minutes and when i left to go to your service office the plane was still there with the door open.*i have never heard in my life any company to leave the gate open for ** minutes. you make me lose my appointments in greece. i lost money i lost my chance to see my daughter after three months i havent seen her .my boss here in britain cant give me any more days off work to see my family .i was crying two days and my baby the same. *you couldnt replace my flight you couldnt find me any other flight until friday and i have a return ticket with your company at **th of the same month.*i want a full refound of my money for the flight you made me miss and for my return ticket as well cause i will not use it of course....i will never fligh with you again if you dont give my money back.*my name is sofia lazaridou and my flight number EWL*PTL ****im very disappointed from your services very sad and now very angry from your attitude
