We have just returned from a * day break in cala millor booked as easyjet package, booking ref EVQVDVK.*on arrival at the blue sea hotel don Jaime we were told there was a problem with the booking and there was no room available for us, we were offered alternative accommodation at another blue sea hotel, we asked what was the alternative, we were told there is n't one. we had to accept the hotel with updated package (all inclusive, which was of little use as we were out all day & do not drink alcohol) we were forced to sign a disclaimer or the offer & accommodation would be withdrawn.*we spoke to other couples who had the same problem.*we do not think easyjet customers should be subjected to these problems. *we would like to hear your response before doing anything else.**david jackson
