This has still not been paid into my account. I have emailed twice - on **th Sepyember and again on *th October with no reply, and I have been on hold on the customer service line for a very long time (twice) without getting through.*I would like you to fix this for me by paying the compensation into my account and letting me know when this will happen.*Thank you*Sharon Clay
