On ** August **** I phoned on number *********** and advised that I wished to cancel flight booking under reference ETSHJJD for passengers Michael Beaves and Katherine Beaves ** August **** Bristol to Palma - ** August **** Palma to Bristol confirmed the last * numbers on paying card and stated cancellation was for both passengers I was advised refund was £**.** which I assumed was amount for each passenger total therefore £**.** I requested confirmation email of this cancellation and was told none would be sent.This call was on morning of ** August and having spoken to my insurers who requested confirmation of the cancellation I phoned Easyjet again during the afternoon and explained the cancellation and requirement of email and advised that matter had been at that time referred to the correct department and I would receive a response in * to ** days. I was given case reference number which I believe was ********* (great difficulty hearing and under standing)*On ** August £** was credited to the card bank account.*My request is that a further £** be credited and that an email be sent confirming the flight booking cancellation and refund made in order that my insurers be advised as requested.*Thanking you in advance*Michael Beaves
