BOOKING REF. *EVJ**MD - FLIGHT CANCELLATION DUE TO BEREAVEMENT OF CLOSE RELATIVE.*I phoned Customer Services yesterday ** August at Easy Jet from Australia to inform them that I had to cancel the above flight due to the death here in Australia of my brother-in-law. (His funeral is tomorrow) *They assured me that a voucher would be emailed me for the full amount of the booking which could be used on any EasyJet flight by myself or a nominee within * months. I have not received the voucher but am still getting emails from Easy Jet reading "Nearly time to go..."*Has the message got through.*PLEASE CANCEL THESE FLIGHTS, ISSUE THE REFUND VOUCHER AND CONFIRM TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW: *****@***.com
