I booked a flight from Paris to Nice through Expedia website yesterday *-**-**. Did not notice the date of the flight I picked was for saturday *-**-** instead of friday *-**-**. Your policy states I can cancel booking within ** hours minus cancellation fee. Ive attempted to complete this through your website, but there are no options to change*cancel anything - only to check in. (Is this because I booked through a *rd party?). When I choose the ‘manage booking’ option it just sends me back to the login page, I relog in, and again only “check in” is available. Expedia website reports I must cancel through Easyjet. My booking ID is E*HAER**W and my confirmation is EVLVLDV. Name Lauren and Dustin Ray. Flight is Easyjet **** paris to nice **:**. Booking was placed **:**pm US. Online chat is currently closed, and only other option is international call. As I am trying to get this rectified within the ** hour time frame, I would like to be reimbursed minus your cancellation fee,as stated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
