We left the uk on flight booking ref *Evhp**b we checked in online and required special assistance all very good prior to this I rang and ordered a hold suitcase for our return and paid for it when we got to Gatwick the handling company asked where our suitcase was we told her we were just bringing * back we were then informed we had paid for a suitcase coming and going ,my question is can we bring two cases back with us with no extra charge
GetHuman-ellisido did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.
