On-line reservation was made via eDreams but never received confirmation until after ** hours. While awaiting confirmation tried unsuccessfully contacting eDreams to cancel booking since I was waiting so long in pending status. Meanwhile I successfully made a booking for the same flight itinerary directly with EasyJet (EVD****). Now that the eDreams booking (EVDDDJ*) is confirmed I need to have it cancelled. I am holding duplicate bookings for the same itinerary.
GetHuman-slhtrans did not yet indicate what Easyjet should do to make this right.
Problem not yet resolved. Have been trying unsuccessfully thus far to communicate with easyJet. Please assist me.
