I am booked on flight EZY**** ****** LGW to Malaga. I did not book the flight and therefore do not have the booking reference. I wish to either defer the flight to a later date or request a refund as my*Mother has become critically ill in hospital and I need to remain in the UK.*Many thanks.*I await your response.*Mrs Odette Emmerson
