Easyjet's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-bebbieco a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Claim Reference ESWJDL*-****-****My flight was cancelled recently and I lost a part of my holiday. I received an email saying that I would be given £***.** compensation. I called today as it’s been over ** days and no payment, only to be told that Easyjet had made a mistake, I will in fact only be getting £***. Nobody has emailed me and explained the mistake so I was waiting for the payment of £***.**. I have now been told that because of your mistake I now have to wait another ** days for the payment. I have had no reply from * replies I have sent to the original email. If I had not called today I would have no idea of the mistake. I had an email offering me £***.** and I feel this is what I should receive. My holiday was spoilt, I spent money I don’t have whilst waiting to arrive at my all inclusive holiday. I think it’s disgusting that I have been ignored and that I wasn’t made aware of your mistake until I called. Also as it is your mistake I feel I should be sent an immediate transfer of funds. Very dissatisfied with the whole compensation claim, I hope for a reply this time. Yours Beverley Cook
