I have been on hold with this company in an attempt to cancel an order. I placed it and realized that it was the wrong shoe. The money has already been taken out of my account and I think the delay is so that they can delay returning the money to my account.
GetHuman-jaitknig did not yet indicate what EastBay.com should do to make this right.
