I am being charged bogus fees when I signed up to have money taken from my account every time I go through the toll. Apparently it picks and chooses when it wants to pay and I received an invite novice for till transactions after I have already signed up for the automatic withdrawal. I have had multiple problems with the service and am fed up with the call center as well as it is impossible to talk to a real person. Something needs to be done about this system
