I am struggling to confirm if I have been approved for the Evine credit card. Currently, I am unable to access my mailbox as my ex-husband has the key. Nevertheless, my main concern is making some urgent purchases today using the Evine card, as I no longer feel secure using my bank debit card. I have faced challenges getting approved in the past due to medical bills that were not paid on time by my estranged husband. This has led to struggles in building credit. I understand if approval is not possible, but I would appreciate if the card details could be shared with me so I can proceed with my orders promptly.

I want to address the recent issues regarding my account. I did not authorize any charges that were made, resulting in my account being sent to collections. After speaking with Amex, they indicated that there was an incident of identity theft, which has led to me not being able to carry another credit card or bank account. When the bank tried to communicate with your team, it seems there was a misunderstanding. Amex mentioned a three-way call could be arranged, but I was informed by your staff that it was not a possibility, which led to some frustration. Subsequently, the bank informed me that a shipment of Serious Skincare products was never received. Due to these circumstances, I am no longer interested in utilizing your services. I have escalated my concerns to the Federal Trade Commission. I hope these issues can be rectified promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My wife and I frequently purchase products from Evine, QVC, HSN, Shop LC, and JTV. We came across a ring on Evine, Item #[redacted]-[redacted], priced around $[redacted], which unfortunately sold out. After being waitlisted, I was recently notified that the ring is back in stock but now priced at $[redacted], approximately $[redacted] more. I contacted an Evine representative and expressed my disappointment as I was under the impression that the waitlist price would remain the same. The representative clarified this policy differs from other competitors who lock in the initial price for waitlisted items. In light of this, I will be exploring other options for our upcoming July 17th anniversary gift and may not continue shopping with Evine. Warm regards, Joe

I am extremely frustrated about the expensive fee my husband had to pay to return a large umbrella base that was not suitable for the umbrella bought from your store. Despite being advertised as portable, the base had inadequate wheels, leading to the return cost of $62.25 through the post office. I spoke with Kathy, a supervisor, who only offered a $20 credit towards my next purchase, along with acknowledging the $17.99 shipping charge. As a loyal customer who relies on payment plans due to a limited income, I expect more transparency regarding return fees upfront. It would be beneficial to provide warnings about potential return costs before purchase or include a Smart Label with orders to avoid surprises. Hello, my name is Kevin Marquard. I returned an item almost a year ago but have yet to receive a refund or the item returned to me. If I am unable to get a refund, I would like to have the item returned to me. I was informed that the item is still locked because it's linked to my Gmail account, even though Apple assured me that they removed my Gmail account from their records. After receiving numerous excuses from Evine and Apple regarding the iPad, I have decided to retrieve it myself and avoid the frustrations caused by Evine and Apple. Thank you.
