On ********my mom arrived at jfk around **am. So she always taking Eva air from Cambodia to JFK and take a Shuttlebus from jfk to cherry hill. For some reason she was waiting for about ** mins in the cold because the bus driver won’t let her get on the bus. Because the bus driver said she didn’t have the name in the paper.she had to run back and ford in the cold to ask the person that work for Eva air in side the air port to come to talk to the bus drivers so they can let her get on the bus but still he won’t let her. So I wanted to be investigated. Because we bought the ticket with the bus complementary. My parent come to the states * times a year and always take Eva air line. This is really disappointed. I called to the shuttle bus company in PA. Talked to the manager I try to explain the situation but he won’t listen and he replied so rude and obnoxious. This is not the Costmer problem that her name is not on the paper, I even called Eva air the travel agency in Cambodia they told me that they did put and sent her name out. They have the evidence, the travel Agency in Cambodia told us it happened so often for Cambodian Costmers. I don’t know what is the problem but I want this to be investigated and I need answers * Thank you *Sophy sun
