If you lost your luggage you should go to guest services in the airport and report it immediately. Once you do that you can submit a claim there. They will then give you a claim number. You will need that for future reference.

I went to the Lost Items website set up by Eva Air where they have photos of all the items found by flight number and seat number. I identified my lost item, phoned the number provided with the item number they had assigned, and will pick it up at LAX on Friday morning.
