I paid $**.** for an annual subscription to ESPN* and was not able to receive the programs. Customer reps, while nice, were unable to help me resolve the issue to my satisfaction. ... I paid an annual subscription for $**.** to get ESPN* last night. Today, when I tried to access the ESPN* app on my ROKU, it would not provide that service to me. I want to get the service I paid for. Can you help me? Yes, I resolved the problem by canceling my subscription, as I was unable to get needed assistance from several customer reps.
I was on the phone several times talking with customer reps, for about * hour, trying to get my issue resolved. After much understandable frustration, I cancelled my subscription.
I have resolved it by canceling my subscription!
I am a good customer, because I have subscribed to ESPN* last year with no problem and because I took out an annual subscription without positive results.
Not yet, but I plan to subscribe to Youtube app. when I get the time.
