Hi I paid my phone bill around this time yesterday On the app and my phone still hasn’t come on yet, rang them and they said it will be on in a few hours and that was at **am this morning. I have a voicemail saying my bill is £***.** and when I have already paid my bill which is only £***.** as it’s two bills. The money says it is pending. I’m just wondering why both my devices are not working when the bill has been paid as I need them both on ASAP !!!
