Please excuse I'm registered blind talking into microphone on my phone they have been overcharging me for something I didn't realise I was being charged for for could be up to * years if not more because I cannot see my bills at the bank until I was finally so overdrawn at the bank I got a phone call from the bank saying how overdrawn I was and now being charged from the bank every day because all I was doing was storing something in my own text so I can see it more easily I read with a magnifying glass they were charging me for a SIM only contract and adding on on up to £*** per month I'm so devastated I phoned them today and all they've given me back is £** when I'm now over £*,*** in debt to the bank and going to money lenders I'm so distraught about the whole thing and I'm not well so it's making everything in my health so worse please excuse any misprints from the microphone because I have to dictate into it the fellow had to go and speak to his manager and my phone went dead and finally left a message on my phone in the text message I tried to reply to it but it said I couldn't use that number it was invalid so I'm left High and Dry and all episode is they'll give me £** back I'm so upset about the whole thing I don't know what to do I was on the phone for nearly an hour in tears with them and it makes me unwell I've got a blinding migraine out from just all the worry of it all and the stress of being in debt to my bank sorry going on so much I just thought there would be a an email address I could dictate a message into the email because I get into such a state on the phone in tears and I just don't feel anyone understands do you know an email address I can write to in my case I would be dictating the email to the email address because I cannot do it manually I only have a phone I don't have a laptop or computer please will you help me and advise me I would be so grateful thank you so very much kindest regards most sincerely Liz Houghton PS I've been with EE must be for a * years now and my contract run out in **** but I've still kept with them because I didn't know who else to go with to be honest and because my life is taken up with going to hospitals I haven't got enough time and strength to sort it all out and find a cheaper or a better service but it was only recently I found out I was being so overcharged sometimes £** a month some x £** £** or £ **I bill is supposed to be is £**!!

GetHuman-purrdeli did not yet indicate what EE should do to make this right.
