On the **th of May I upgraded on line then realising that I didn't include insurance, I called the upgrade team via ***, it was decided that he would cancell the upgrade an I would be refunded the £** for the handset cost I paid. I then again on the web site did another upgrade for the same phone and again had to pay again £ ** for the handset. On the day of the delivery my phone was delivered elswere! when finally the delivery driver turned up there was a big polaver he wanted to walk in my house you must be joking! The I have realised that * lots of £** have been charged to my bank account, called again today the payment center and the upgrade center, I will not get a refund but - my direct debit will be cancelled then when the payment it's due you representative will call to collect payment then the direct debit will be reinstated. I want my money refunded to my account and compensation for all this mess ASAP, I'm extremely upset, I have been a customer of Orange for many years never received such treatment, I was made to feel like by your staff that I was lying , I even had to email my bank statement to your representatives. *I'm not happy at all *I doub that even the much maligned Vodafone could have managed this! I'm shocked that none of your representatives bothers to read my record in full, the person in payment, doubted me, so did the person in upgrade this it's not good EE I'm a customer! the way you are carrying on you will not have many of us left*Kind Regards *Giuseppina Haye************
