Just changed from Vodafone to EE and now can’t use my phone unless I’m home and on WiFi ** ... I topped up £** and it was added to a pack - I have no idea how to access my funds -y account summary on the pack details says I have ** minutes left but on my balance it shows *.**pence - I can’t call you without topping up, but don’t want to add any more in case this pay as you go with EE is not working out
Unable to call them as I have no credit (although I do!) - disappointed that I get charged to call EE
Would like to use my phone
I am a new customer!
