Hi. I have have been a loyal customer and have had an account with you since **** when it was one*one, with the SAME number: ***********. I currently live in Montserrat, and was last back in the UK in Sep ****. I am having problems activating my SIM on the network and am worried you have cancelled my number*SIM. I will be returning to the UK in December and will require the use of my phone. Please can check the status of my SIM card and if it has been deactivated please let me know how it can reinstated.
