Hello,**I have had assistance with credit for my account earlier this year. I have just had confirmation that my work contract starts again on April *st but I still have very little money to top up the meter and I'm not entitled to universal credit in the interim. **Previously, I had ** in credit added to the account and I am yet again in the emergency credit. Knowing that my first pay period would be May **** - in which I'd have the money to pay the credit back, I wish to know if I can ask for ** more in credit to last me until mid-May. ***My details are as follows - *** A Lyham Rd, SW* *NR and my name is Gavin Russell. I've been with you guys for years and only this year with covid have I had to ask for assistance. I understand that I can only ask for credit on * occasions per year, as per the previous agent's advice, but I need to take a second advance at this time in order to keep me going when the work restarts next month. **The contract itself will be long term and working from home so I do not anticipate needing to come back for an advance again this year - covid situation allowing.
