We have received several statements demanding payment of £***.**. However to date we have not received an invoice with a breakdown of this sum including meter readings. *I have attempted to provide the correct meter readings by internet but these have been rejected as they are ‘not what was expected’. When I try to confirm the reading I am returned to your home page with the message ‘access denied as we cannot find the page you are looking for’. *According to your previous bill our last readings on ** May were ****** * *****, the latest readings are ***** * *****. These are consistent with the fact the property is vacant as you were advised in January this year.*Your latest demand is based on your estimated readings of ***** * ***** which are totally incorrect - I assume because they are based on the previous occupants use.
