I chatted with someone at the weekend about our very high electricity usage in the past few werks, according to the smart meter. I was told it would be invedtigated and I would receive an email response within ** hours. It’s now Thursday and I have not received a response. In the meantime we are paying for unusually high electricity. Our account is for OBrien, *** Church Road, Moseley B** *AA. Please respond ASAP with the result of your investigation.
