I recently realized it was getting around the * months mark from my simplified report. In the past they’ve told me they mail you your interview date. I waited and never received any mail. So I decided to look on dcfs website and see if anything was there. I noticed it said in my notifications tab my interview was on the ** of October. I never received an email either or etc. Therefore I missed the appointment. I very much need this assistance bc my * month old eats a good bit and needs a special formula for his stomach. I end up spending half of my food stamps allowance on him. Please email me @ *****@***.com so I can reschedule my appointment. Also in the past I’ve usually had paperwork to fill out and documents to send in. When I hit the tab on the dcfs website for redetermination it never had any such application and etc to fill out. I checked periodically even before my apparent interview date. Can you please find a way of communication besides just a notification in the notifications tab on the website. I’m also sending this email because I’ve called food stamps number several times and it’s busy every time. I even found the number just for rescheduling. And it said by my Social security number that I couldn’t be found in there system. Therefore I have been trying several ways to get into contact with someone this month. With no luck. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.
