My card was cancelled because a new one was issues. The new card is supposed to be delivered through DHL. My local agency says DHL has attempted delivery twice* however, they have not left a door tag. When I call DHL they show no record of delivery for me. I need a tracking number or air bill number so I can track the delivery. I tried to get this from my case worker but I was told there is no way to obtain that information. Please help, this is the FOURTH attempt to get me a card
