While crossing the Chesapeake bridge we were told the EZ Pass is no longer valid. I tried to log into my account to see what the issue was and it says the account is no longer active. I can only assume it’s because I haven’t used it in well over a year, but….of course I haven’t, covid happened.

GetHuman6456182 did not yet indicate what E-ZPass Virginia should do to make this right.
