I tried to replace my new broken EZ pass by phone.*When I went through the phone tree for a replacement EZ pass and it finished by asking for my Zip code which I entered *****.*It replied that it did not get my entry.*This having failed I tried to enter the problem as a lost EZ pass which finished with the same result, but now I am being charged with a $** fee.*I think I have a new pass coming from doing this on the web, but I do not want a $** charge.*I did not send out a new replacement EZ pass last month that I did not even request!*A pass that appears to have a dead battery.*Why is the NB Beacon bridge backed up with vehicles that are stalled in the EZ pass lane because the vehicles are not being read.*Looks like another NY State scam to me.
