I called on thursday to activate my Ezpass because friday i was going to be passing tolls. They understood wrong and send me another Ezpass instead of reactivating the one i already had and i passed tolls thinking the ezpass in the car was activated and it was not and i didn't realize until the last toll i passed which said call. I need to activate the Ezpass i already have here at home and pay the tolls i passed thinking my ezpass was working when it was not so i wont get a fine.
GetHuman1043191 did not yet indicate what E-ZPass New York should do to make this right.
