You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-juttliss's own words
During Covid-** I received my invoices for using the toll bridge without a ez pass account. I did pay my invoices via personal checking account as soon as I was able to. I now have received a FINAL NOTICE OF ENFORCEMENT ACTION for **.**. I call the phone number on the invoice multiple times and have not been able to speak with a representative, I have been stuck on hold for hours on multiple occasions. I did pay my invoices as soon as I was able. I do have carbon copies of the checks I sent. I am worried that I will be charged more money due to the time frame of mailing in my dispute form and copy of checks. I can not afford to pay these penalty charges. Please help rectify this error.
