The issue in GetHuman-killerlt's own words
Use my reward points so I could buy Christmas presents, then birthday presents, but couldn't do either because all these events have passed. ... Back on December **st, **** I had used $*** of my rewards points to redeem the **,*** powerup reward points from Gamestop. After Many E-mails and trying to call them directly, I have had very little response from E-rewards. All they said was it could take up to * weeks, well it's been almost ** weeks now.
I was going to use this points and turn them into gifts for my two sons. Doing their surveys and redeeming their points towards gamestop is how I fund our video games in our household.
I would like my gamestop reward points given to me! I would also like some E-reward currency for this inconvenience of waiting this long and being lied to. Or if you can't give the points to me, I would like a refund so I could use the the currency on something else.
I've been a customer for over * years, * on an old account, and over * on this new account that I had to open because of a changed account with gamestop.
I have Emailed them numerous times and called twice (which goes right to a machine).
