I have been using e-rewards regularly for years with no technical issues. However recently, when I have received email invitations to participate in a survey and then click on the link, my internet provider (Telstra Bigpond - biggest in Australia) will not connect me and advises that the E-Rewards website is insecure and is preventing connection ensure I am not at risk. This is why I have not participated in surveys for the last couple of months. Are you aware of this 'refusal to connect' situation and if so what action is being taken to remedy it?
