i requested redemption of * x **** points on ** sept & * x**** points on ** sept. when no points came thru on my nectar card i thought it was because i got a new nectar card no. last summer & erewards had not updated it although i advised them of the new number. nectar helpline confirmed no points had been credited to either card. i have emailed erewards several times & either get an automated reply telling me points take up to * weeks to be credited (although the emails generated when you redeem points state ** days) or when i last emailed an advisor called Abraham said he had passed my new nectar card to details to accounts & to recontact them if i was still waiting after * weeks. i am just going round in circles. i have another **** points on my account but i can't see any point in even trying to redeem them. i never had any problems with redeeming points until the summer & they would always reach my nectar a*c within * days but now i have no idea what's happening.. my member id no. is ******** & the redemption no. is ***** thank you
