For over a month, I have been requested a code to enter a new password, since I could not remember my old one. I have been a member of e-Rewards for years. I get all of the survey e-mails, & have received numerous e-mails from support as to what to do to my computer to receive this code. I have done it all, yet still can't get the code to get into my account to make a new password. I have asked for it to be sent to my husbands laptop, thinking maybe he could receive it. I am beyond upset. PLEASE HELP* Thank you
GetHuman-risanj did not yet indicate what E-Rewards should do to make this right.
