Just waiting for e-Rewards to quit playing games. Cancel the card that was mailed out and send a replace out. ... I purchased a Sally Beauty gift card with my eRewards points. On June **, **** I received an email from eRewards stating my card was mailed. Today is July **, **** and I have never received it. I've contacted eRewards, by email, but it says issue closed after they responded wanting to know my home address I asked the card to be mailed to.
E-Rewards has acknowledged the card was mailed to my address and has NOT been returned to their Fulfillment Center. Simple fix would be to cancel the gift card they sent and send a replacement. Instead, they continue to tell me to wait ** more business days. The card was mailed to me June **th and it's August **th! Fix the problem!
Cancel the original card sent out to me and send a replacement!
I've been with e-Rewards for years. I've never had an issue where I didn't receive a "virtual" gift card. The only issues I've ever had is with the surveys not working properly. The proper thing to do is for e-Rewards to make this right. Send out a replacement card!
I've contacted e-Rewards multiple times. It's taken as long as *-** days for responses such as "give it ** more days." Am I supposed to wait * months to see if it shows up? It's coming from the U.S. and going to the U.S. It's not going to take * months for a letter to be delivered.
