re issue thorbight*Colin Lindley*account *************just e mailed at**.**************concerning request for real meter reading and cost of electricity as bill estimated for at least ** years plus*facts why threatened with prepayment meter and demands for money still based on ** year est. reading of used electricity but not a sign of issues raised in very difficult long distance communication with Africa after* weeks not a word about what EONs customers*me* can expect and your commitment to be truthful and collect factual data and not use estimates that you have been made aware of being years old*despite requesting explanation and escalation and waiting for your meter reader who couldn't be bothered to do his job despite being aware he couldn't gain access without code which orbit housing association only allow accredited meter readers access to.to make himself known to Orbit Housing to acquire code to access exclusive meter room for whole residential units apparently he didn't bother*so instead of EON having factual information which would enable them to be able to show me what energy I have used and then be able to send me a real account and if I owe money for energy I will pay.*No instead they send me threats accusing me of not paying my bill and therefore further demands for money to fit pre payment meter because im behind in paying eon so must be penalised.Eon very quick to demand money that if had meter readings wold show i don't owe eon,*I want facts I believe my bills are grossly over estimated this has been happening for years and eon has been informed but do nothing I will continue until eon management accept their role and stop exporting your call handling to Africa it is a disgrace hidden behind cost saving that enable no access by your customers to a local means that has a cultural and social understanding to address these issues not strangers ****s of miles away that have little to no appriation of situation's totally different to the staffs own life experience no training course can correct these life time experience issues distance clouds judgement and reality also Eon demands to fit a pre pay meter bring into questions there awareness of its own historic dealings with its custumers *me* if you check your historic records concerning me and my residents you should become aware of a prepayment meter being forcefully removed by Eon due to them being illegal and against health and safety issue have regs so do you think this has changed*Please can anyone in charge and able to actually help contact me with something to do with my issues not just demanding money*A PLEA TO EON MANAGEMENT TO DO YOUR JOB BE DIFFERANT IF I WERE A CORPERATE SHARE HOLDER or sponsorBET YOUR WEST MIDLANDS PHONE STAFF WOULDNT REFUSE ME ACCESS TO UK CORP AND DEMAND I CORESPOND VIA CAPE TOWN .*THE WAY YOU TREAT THE COMMON MAN SHOWS were your corp aspires to be
