Product Specialist Consumer Relations Department **********A sent letter to me PATRICIA fALLON asking to see the affected device (gas fireplace battery box container) the duracell batteries and a copy of receipt for device so she could make an evaluation AND REQUESTED that the package of ** batteries be sent back-- each battery in a small zip lock plastic bag -- and all placed in a larger zip lock plastic bag and then enclosed in an appropriate box or container and mailed with the provided label. In addition compensation for the batteries with no or little energy remaining was enclosed. ** ARE YOU NUTS? Do you know how much time all this packaging and mailing would take? And given my hourly worth a new pack of the same brand is hardly compensation. DURACELL used to be the best but obviously no more. It is cheaper for me to purchase more batteries of a different brand then to send your bad batteries back.*Pat Fallon*Pat Fallon Painter Printmaker LLC
