Log into my account. ... When I try to log into the Duolingo account that I've had for the past year or so, using my stored username, *****@***.com, and password, with Google Chrome as my browser, I am informed that the account doesn't exist. But if I try to open a new account with the same username, I am told that there already is an account under that name. I simply can't log into my active Duolingo account. I want this problem resolved so that I can log into my account. Duolingo needs to fix whatever system error it is that is resulting in their being unable to find my account.
Duolingo has no customer service worthy of the name.
They could make this right by doing whatever needs to be done to enable me to log into my account, using Google Chrome and my stored username and password.
I've been a customer for the last *-** months.
I've tried, without success, to have direct contact with someone Duolingo who might be able to fix this problem.
