My name is Gabriella Hajdu. I was very satisfied with Duolingo until I have got two problems:**. Because of personal issues I couldn't continue my learning for * weeks in August. When I tried to connect again the system didn't allow me to continue at the same level where I had stopped. *I paid my tuition fee in July ****. I don't want to start over again, I invested money, a lot of time and effort to get where I was, I want to continue.***. I got a new computer MacBookAir. I tried to transfer Duolingo into my new computer unsuccessfully. Would you please help me with that too.

GetHuman-ghmusicn did not yet indicate what Duolingo should do to make this right.
