refund ... Hello,*Couple months ago I was promoting Duolingo App to couple of friends that Live in Miami and need to learn English. I have used Duolingo free version in the past, when I lived in Brazil and found it very useful. **I do not recollect exactly how the initial free trial that later was charged at $**.** begun, but I have immediately, when the notification appeared under my billing canceled the Plus Subscription. I tried to contact Google and my Credit card to explain to them what has happened but it just became back and forth headache.**I do believe that Duolingo is the best application to learn new languages and over the years I have helped many of my friends from around the world discover your app and showed them how easy it is with only couple of min daily to learn new language.*I am unemployed due to a Covid situation for several months now and really counting every dollar. I am asking kindly if you could please refund the charge that was accidental to my Credit Card. *Thank you for your help
