I was trying to practice and continue my streak, however, my streak freeze had been “used up” even though I practiced. ... I had a streak freeze on my *** day streak. I practiced Duolingo for ** minutes. However, when I opened up the app, my streak was gone. It did not give me a message that my streak freeze was used. Also, I did not get any notifications that I needed to save my streak. Is this an issue? How can I get my streak back?
This was super frustrating because I had a *** day streak and it’s really hard to get that back.
They could fix this by sending me an email with how to restore my streak.
I have been a customer since September ****.
I have tried restarting my iPad, closing all windows and trying again, quitting out of everything, and viewing all the Duolingo pages. They all say my streak is missing, but why?
