My duolingo *** day duolingo streak was lost despite the fact that I had streak save as well as an email confirmation of my streak having been saved on May **th. I think it's a glitch because I went to the shop and bought a new streak freeze before my streak was saved.

GetHuman-brinagu did not yet indicate what Duolingo should do to make this right.
