All of my blue (level 1) bubbles have disappeared. I put in so much effort into them, and I was aiming to progress to level 2. This morning, everything vanished, including the introductory bubbles up to my blue ones. I relied on those for practice. Achieving all those blue bubbles up to level 1 required significant effort. Could you please restore them? I feel disheartened and can't bring myself to review anything before Greeting 1. The introduction and everything leading up to that point have disappeared. Moreover, all my crowns have vanished, leaving me with a count of zero. It was a substantial amount of work to earn them. I am perplexed by what is happening. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I am close to giving up. Please assist.

Hello! I signed up for a 6-month subscription of Duolingo Plus. I canceled it on time but have not received my refund yet. I am currently updating my lessons in Duolingo Spanish. I have some specific older lessons that I really enjoy and would like to keep. These lessons always make me laugh and brighten my day. Here is the list of my favorite lessons I would like to retain: 1. Forgotten Letter 2. Ready for Takeoff 3. Traffic Stop 1 4. Traffic Stop 2 5. Ready for Takeoff 6. Sugarloaf 7. Secret Admirer 1 8. Secret Admirer 2 9. Duke of Bastille 10. Traitor 1 11. Traitor 2 12. Grandma’s Gift I truly cherish these lessons, and I would appreciate it if they could be saved for me.

I am glad to find an app for learning languages, but I thought it was a monthly subscription, not a one-time payment of $83.99. This unexpected charge has put me in a difficult financial situation. I would appreciate a refund and the option to switch to the monthly subscription plan as originally advertised. Please consider refunding the amount and setting up monthly payments as initially indicated.

I should be on day [redacted] of my learning streak as of 12-21-[redacted]. Today, I was suddenly notified that I am now on day one. In the past, Duolingo has always given me multiple warnings when I was at risk of losing my streak. I believed I had completed a lesson to maintain my streak. Additionally, I recall purchasing a streak protection, and Duolingo typically informs me when it has been used. This time, I did not receive any warnings or reminders, which is unusual. I am disappointed as my [redacted]-day streak was a great motivator for me. I would like my streak reinstated to its correct count.

In the Food 2 lessons of the Swedish class, there is a sentence causing the program to lock up. Although I downloaded the app update, the issue remains. The problematic sentence is "Bageriet öppnar klockan sju" (The bakery opens at seven). This obstacle forces me to exit the app, and I have to restart the lesson. I kindly request a solution to this issue. Thank you P.S. It would be great to have stories in Swedish to make the course more engaging and less basic and monotonous.

I've been attempting to cancel my membership with this company since August. I have tried all the options provided without success. Despite not using the app, it continues to charge me. When checking the Google Play Store subscriptions, my Duolingo membership does not appear, making cancellation difficult. I am frustrated by the lack of a cancellation button within the app. I urgently request the cancellation of my membership and a refund for the unauthorized charges dating back to August.

I'm experiencing issues with my Duolingo account, username Keisue. Some of the answers are not displaying on my screen properly. For multiple-choice questions, only two answers are showing. For fill-in-the-blank answers, both blanks appear empty. This problem is hindering my progress in learning new vocabulary. To keep up my daily activity, I resort to using the completed vocabulary with timed practice to gain points without finishing the session. However, new vocabulary prevents me from completing the session and earning daily points, so I must opt for untimed practice. Yet, untimed practice only allows for daily points if the session is completed with all questions answered correctly, which is difficult with either no answers or a limited number of them (2) which are often incorrect. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I encountered a serious issue starting at 7:00 ET on Sunday, when I joined the Diamond League and began my French lessons. I had already completed the Spanish Final and explored all the languages on Duolingo. A few hours later, I saw someone with over 4,[redacted] XPs! This seems impossible as I've never exceeded [redacted] XPs in a single day despite my [redacted]-day streak. It's concerning and questions the integrity of Duolingo. I am seeking clarification on how it's achievable to complete that many XPs in such a short time. Your insights are appreciated.

Urgent Help Needed with Duolingo English Test Dear Concerned Party, I was unable to complete the Duolingo English Test due to a sudden pop-up window that appeared. I signed up for the trial version of Duolingo. Despite trying to cancel in the last two days before the trial ends to avoid being charged, I couldn't find any option to cancel within the app or on the Play Store. The cancellation link on their forum is not working and they don't have a support email which I find unfair and possibly against the law. I've shared the problem on their forum and have screen recordings of my attempts. I request a full refund of the charges. My Duolingo username is kishorbora1 and my email is [redacted]

I am frustrated with the latest lesson. It is unreasonable to expect us to distinguish between similar answers. This has been an issue in previous lessons and is now present in the latest one as well. I have been using Duolingo for a few years and have found it helpful for learning French. However, if guessing the writer's intention continues to be a requirement, I may need to find an alternative language learning program. Each question should have only one correct answer, without making it feel like a guessing game. I am considering switching to a different platform if this issue persists.

I have been attempting to secure a refund since the conclusion of the free trial, but have encountered difficulties. I was charged $80 after only utilizing the service for a trial week, which was unforeseen and burdensome for me financially. If I had been aware that I would be charged for a full year upfront instead of monthly like most subscriptions, I would not have upgraded and would have continued using the free version with advertisements. Presently, I am facing hardships as I struggle to afford my rent and have not found assistance despite reaching out to various sources.

I subscribed for one month and was informed that I would be charged monthly afterward. I now want to cancel my subscription after the one month without deactivating it immediately. I've paid for this month and would like to continue using the service. The cancellation process seems unclear and I find this type of behavior unacceptable from a vendor.

I have signed up for the 7-day trial of Duolingo Plus but have decided it is not worth the money. My username is Cameron David Hoggan. I do not want to be charged at the end of the trial period. Despite trying to cancel under my subscriptions, it says I am not subscribed, but I am concerned I will still be charged. Please ensure I am not billed for Duolingo Plus when the trial ends. I have filed a complaint previously, but I seem to be misunderstood. I am requesting the cancellation of my account, the avoidance of any charges at the end of the trial, and a simplified process. Thank you for your language teachings, but this experience has been frustrating rather than beneficial.

I purchased a one-month Duolingo Plus subscription to maintain my streak, but unfortunately, I lost it. Is there any way you can help me restore my streak? Maintaining my streak was the main reason for upgrading to premium. If my streak cannot be reinstated, I would like to request a refund, if possible. I purchased the subscription approximately half an hour ago and have not utilized any of the upgraded features yet. I hope you can assist me. As a Duolingo Ambassador who organizes monthly events, I had an uncomfortable experience with another host who is overly insistent about my attendance. Despite me not agreeing to this condition when I signed up, she now pressures me to be present, even going as far as treating it like a paid job. She constantly emails me, disrupting my work as a full-time teacher, and is now requesting a replacement or for me to find another Spanish-speaking teacher to attend. This situation is distressing, and I am unsure how to handle it. I am considering avoiding her events due to her pushiness. Any advice on managing this persistent host would be appreciated.

I have just finished section 1 of Spanish, but the checkpoint 1 test seems to have words and stories that are beyond what I have learned. The content includes phrases like "Cuando core Ella?" which I have not been introduced to yet. The answers to the test seem to involve days of the week, a topic I have not covered. I am concerned about losing my 38-day streak. Could you please provide assistance on how to resolve this issue promptly? Thank you.
