I have had a Duolingo account for * years now. For some reason, my phone signed me out. At first , I was able to access it through the website and not the application. Now I have been signed off both, and for some reason, it is saying my email address is not linked to Duolingo BUT I still receive emails to the same address AND daily reminders to practice. I will be traveling most of January and would really like to practice the languages at my level rather than having to start a new account retest out again. I have typed out the email address it is linked to for your response. Thank you!
