Help with my Duolingo issue

I was trying to advance in the program. ... The Spanish lesson study * stopped functioning after I completed the *th of * parts. The entire scoring system has frozen. I get questions and answers but the system is slower and once the lesson is finished the score remains at * out of * completed. I have rebooted and tried at least ** times over * days with no change in the program. I even tried the next group of lessons, people but got no response there, either.
I want to learn Spanish and have been unable to continue
Please fix this so that I can continue my studies.
I had ** continuous days of study and would have continued if not for this problem
