Dear Duolingo *I am a user.*I found that using Duolingo to learn languages and practice is the best way online but I am very unhappy to have a sudden issue which I have never thought that could happen.*I have been using duolingo to learn for more than a year, so, sincerely, I am very disappointed to inform you this. And it saddened me so much to know this that made me write this to you. *I have been on a three-day vacation which I haven't really been sure about the internet connection. *On the first day, (Friday, July, **th) , I must have used the streak-freeze for one day because the connection to the internet was extremely poor. On the second day (Saturday, July **st), I had a better connection to the internet and I was very delighted to know that my ***-day streak was protected by the streak-freeze which I was very worrying that whether would it work for the fact that I had never used the Streak-Freeze before.*After that, I have been going to "the store" to buy another Streak-Freeze to protect the next day and I have done lessons on that second day to be sure that the Streak-Freeze would not be used to protect the second day. *The day after was the third day, also the last day of the vacation (the July **nd, sunday). I was pretty sure that the Streak-Freeze would protect my streak for the reason that It worked once. But the morning of the next day (the July **rd, a Monday), I was sorrowful to know that the Streak-Freeze had been used but my Streak had not been protected as the fact that right now at the moment, the streak has gone to zero (*).*I was extremely disappointed, angry and unhappy to know that my streak which was nearly a year had gone due to a problem from the Duolingo. *I honestly desire to listen from Duolingo about my issue right the moment the report is received by the Duolingo. And I am honestly demanding Duolingo to repair my ***-day streak that I have done right things to protect it.*We are still asking you for "Latin for English course" but we are not asking you to do this. I am very worrying if this issue could make me think more about stopping using the Duolingo or not.*I would be very delighted to hear from you as soon as you can and I am looking for an answer from Duolingo that would be nice.*Sincerely, a user, a supporter.**From Nicolas******
