I added $** to my Dunkin Donuts card yesterday through the app. It told me there was technical difficulties. So I paid with my debit card or cash. Today I go to use my Dunkin Donuts app and they tell me that the card I'm trying to use is not a Reload card even though it's the only card I have had in my account * a year. The girl gives me a new card and tells me to apply it to the app so I can now use it to reload and it's not working it keeps saying that the pin is invalid. I have tried it three times I even had my husband read me the numbers. So what happened to my $**? And what happened to the card that I've been using for the last * years on the app?
