I was instructed to contact customer service via messenger due to ongoing issues with my app. I have been facing consistent problems and spending hours on hold to address them is not feasible. Despite updating the app as advised, I encountered another issue using a free coffee coupon. The coupon failed to work, requiring me to pay, and later disappeared from my phone. Each time this happens, contacting customer service proves unhelpful and somewhat disrespectful. The new Dunkin' Donuts in Somerset, PA has incredibly poor customer service. Whenever we order hot coffee, they repeatedly fail to add sugar or stir it even when we explicitly request it. When we ask for corrections, they often display a bad attitude. This consistent issue makes me concerned about possible tampering with our drinks. Making coffee correctly shouldn't be so challenging. I suspect that the subpar service could be due to racial bias as a Hispanic individual in a predominantly white neighborhood. Repeatedly receiving unsweetened coffee over 20 times is unacceptable. I feel it's vital for this matter to be addressed promptly. As a proud Puerto Rican and loyal customer, it's essential that this situation be resolved. I hope to see improvements at this Dunkin' location soon.

Hello, my name is Brad. I visited the Dunkin' location off Elliot and Dobson near my parents' place today. Being a mover, I work all over, and unfortunately, I received terrible service. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, but after waiting 10-15 minutes, I noticed other customers behind me received their orders promptly. When I inquired, they mentioned my order had been canceled by mistake. The manager had to remake my food, but the sandwich I received was poorly made. It was not toasted, cheese was haphazardly placed, and I even doubted if the egg was cooked. There was no bacon on it, and I felt rushed as I was late for a job. I believe the staff at this location might not be running it efficiently. I usually visit Dunkin' locations in North Phoenix, like the one on Bell and Tantor 12th Street, which are much better managed. I would appreciate some form of credit for this experience, like a gift card, so I can use it or give it to my girlfriend who introduced me to Dunkin'.

Incident: On 11/10/[redacted], using my account ([redacted]), order #80, I requested a Ham & Egg Sandwich on an English muffin without cheese but received the order with cheese. The same problem occurred today, 11/11/[redacted], when my wife placed an order via her account ([redacted]), order #[redacted]. We requested the sandwich without cheese, but it arrived with cheese. Kindly process the refund to [redacted] and [redacted] for the incorrect orders. Thank you.

I visited BJ's Wholesale Club in Boynton Beach, FL and stopped at the Dunkin Donuts inside for a meal. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a croissant, a donut, and a small iced tea. Unfortunately, the sandwich was too hot and the first bite was inedible, as was the dry donut. When I raised the issue with the cashier, the manager was unavailable, and I received no satisfactory response or resolution. I tried contacting Dunkin Donuts customer service multiple times but did not receive any follow-up. Frustrated with the lack of response, I have now reported the issue to the health department in Florida.

I visited the Drive-thru on Manatee Ave West in Bradenton, FL around 4:30 pm on Saturday, November 17th. I noticed a team member with a visor smoking near the dumpster while I waited to place my order at the speakerphone. Despite waiting for a while without acknowledgment, I didn't want to be rude, so I drove up to the window. There, I saw the pick-up window slightly open, heard a phone ringing, and an African-American male employee walked past to answer the call. After some more waiting and feeling ignored, he walked to the front of the store without assisting me. Disappointed, I left and went to Wawa for coffee instead. Although I work nearby and Starbucks is closer, I prefer Dunkin' Donuts. As a self-employed individual, I find this lack of attention unacceptable. Thank you for your time.

I work at Dunkin' Donuts in Milford on John Fries Highway. Two days ago, I informed my manager about a family emergency, and yesterday I was unable to make it to work. Despite my explanation, my manager texted me repeatedly and called me on the day of the emergency. This is not the first time this has occurred; there was a previous incident with excessive calls and a silent voicemail. Although I am new, I am facing challenges in my personal life. When I arrived at work, I was informed that I was no longer needed for my scheduled hours, which I find unprofessional. It seems like my manager is taking this personally. I rarely miss work, but given my current circumstances, I cannot always predict emergencies. I feel like my manager is being unreasonable. If the harassment continues, I may have to take legal action.

Hello, my name is Amy and I am here to share my concern. Each morning at 7:30 am, my fiancé and I enjoy getting hot chocolate from Dunkin' Donuts. However, for the past two weeks, every time we stop by, the machine at Dairy Queen is not working. Today, when I inquired, the manager casually mentioned it had been working for two hours yesterday and suggested I try again later in the day. This interruption in our routine is frustrating because we really enjoy the hot cocoa. I hope this matter can be addressed so we can continue our morning tradition without issues. I visited the drive-thru at DD in No. Conway, N.H. at around 9 am on Friday, December 7th, [redacted]. I paid $8.46 for my order with a $10 bill. The cashier seemed flustered, hastily gave me my order, and closed the window abruptly, not providing change or a receipt. When I got home, I realized my coffee roll was missing. Upon my return around 4:05 pm, I explained the morning's incident to the cashier, Chris. Despite his willingness to help, a female employee intervened, stating without a receipt or prior call, nothing could be done since the manager had already left and they were out of coffee rolls. This response surprised me, as I've never encountered such a negative attitude at this DD location in all my years of patronage. While I only sought compensation for the missing coffee roll and didn't even mention the change, the lack of resolution and unfriendly service was disappointing. Considering the cold weather and lack of willingness for resolution, I may opt for Starbucks nearby, despite the cost difference. I appreciate Chris's attempts to assist, contrasting sharply with the unhelpful demeanor displayed by the woman who identified herself as the acting manager. On December 6th, I was at the store located at [redacted] Bedford St, Whitman, MA. A group of employees entered and went behind the counter to collect their checks. One of them made a disturbing comment about wanting to harm someone, causing an older couple to leave. Then on December 11th, I asked for a fresh coffee pot when another employee rudely pushed a used one towards me. During the shift change at 3pm, I observed an employee take K-cups into the back room without registering any payment. Later, he was seen taking the coffee to his car. Additionally, there is an untidy employee with long hair and an unkempt beard who constantly touches his hair. I expressed my concerns to a female manager today, who mentioned that the employee I complained about is also a manager. She was understanding but mentioned she is new to her role. As a result of these incidents, I have decided not to return to this store and will seek out more professionally managed options in the area.

On 12/12/18, I placed an order at the Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru on Pensacola Street in Tallahassee, FL. I requested one bacon egg and cheese croissant and one egg and cheese croissant in a 2 for $5 deal. However, I was informed I couldn't remove the bacon from the second sandwich. I paid extra to substitute a different sandwich without bacon. Unfortunately, I only received one sandwich. Upon notifying the staff inside, they provided another bacon egg and cheese croissant instead of the bacon-free option I needed due to my dietary restrictions. I paid $7.29 instead of the discounted $5 deal, which significantly impacts me financially as a college student. While I understand the employees were busy, the error left me unable to eat my order, and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for a revised sandwich. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I attempted to reach customer service multiple times during regular work hours, but the automated message stated the office was closed. I then sent an email in hopes of resolving an issue regarding combining my previous balance with my current balance. After waiting for 53 minutes (the estimated time was 27 minutes), I am still on hold. The service and wait time have been extremely frustrating, and I would caution others against using the DD app for this reason. The app lacks user-friendliness when dealing with such matters, resulting in lengthy hold times. My experience has been disappointing, and if I do manage to connect with a representative, I will request the return of my current balance and likely discontinue using the app altogether.

The incident happened at DD [redacted] Pines Blvd., Pembroke Pines, Florida around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, [redacted]. I usually stop here on my way to work and order a Cinn/Raisin bagel, toasted with strawberry or regular cream cheese. This morning, there was a line, and I patiently waited my turn. As the line progressed, the man at the order counter rudely asked me to move out of "his space," despite being four feet away. When I pointed out his unreasonable demand, he threatened to physically harm me. The manager intervened but took no action. It's concerning that a customer can behave aggressively without repercussions. I believe the staff should be reminded to handle such situations better and consider posting signs for queue management. My recent order was completely wrong and arrived cold. The hash browns were hard and cold, the bagel only had butter, and I received 9 donut holes with an assortment of flavors. The wake-up wrap was also cold and hard, while the chai tasted like cinnamon water. I attempted to contact the store but received no response, and the mailbox was full. I visited the location in Schenectady and am unable to go back in person. I request a refund for this unsatisfactory experience. Thank you. -Danielle D'Ambrosio

I have contacted the Roosevelt Mall location twice via email and received no response. After waiting on hold for 32 minutes with a call that disconnected, I was misinformed about the charges for butter packets. The app did not allow me to select how many butter packets I wanted, leading to an overcharge. Although they refunded the butter charge, my tea was incorrect, causing further inconvenience and another wasted $2.29. On a previous occasion, despite requesting butter on the side twice, it was still added. I am unable to consume canola oil and had to discard the item, wasting $1.69. I am requesting a full refund on my card due to multiple errors in my orders.

I am experiencing an issue with my mobile app. $50.00 was deducted from my account, but it is not reflecting in my available balance. Last month, my wife and I spent hours trying to resolve this, which was only fixed after two weeks. Now, the same problem has occurred this month. Despite the funds being available from the bank and no issues on my end, the deduction is not showing in my app. We have spent significant time each day trying to fix this, enduring long wait times of "at least 30 minutes". I visited a Dunkin' Donuts on Sunday afternoon in South Carolina on my way back to Tennessee. I ordered a medium cold brew coffee during the 2-6 deal, but they were out. I got a French vanilla iced coffee black, no cream or sugar. My friend ordered a large iced caramel latte with liquid sugar. The prices were higher than at other Dunkin' locations, and the lady at the window was very rude. After driving away, my French vanilla dark roast iced coffee was too sweet, while my friend's caramel latte was bland and not sweet. We couldn't go back to fix them due to time constraints. I am seeking a refund for the coffee, and my friend is reaching out separately. Thank you.

I visited Dunkin' Donuts at Irvine, CA #[redacted] and ordered a ChoCherry Cold Brew Coffee and a 10-count munchkin box. The cashier informed me the munchkins were $3.84, contrary to the $2.00 price on the menu board. After pointing out the discrepancy, the cashier noticed the $2.00 price, got a colleague who whispered that the price changed the day before. When I questioned why the board wasn't updated, I was told they couldn't control the prices listed. It's disappointing to encounter advertised prices not being honored truthfully.

I've been on hold for precisely 1 hour and 12 minutes with no success in reaching anyone. I called regarding an email I received mentioning that my auto-reload was stopped, and I'm curious about the reason. It's frustrating to wait over an hour without getting through to talk to a representative. I'm disappointed by the lack of response so far.
