I am writing this to share with you the experience that I had at this store this morning at the store in Newberry, SC. I ordered * on the go drinks through the app and placed it for a walk in pick-up. I arrived at about *:** this morning to the doors being locked. I finally saw a sign that said they were doing drive through only. So I got back in my car and drove around to the drive through. They handed me my first order and that was correct, then they handed me the *nd one and said, "here is your Pumpkin Spice", which is not the drink that I ordered (I ordered a Maple Pecan Swirl) . As he was handing me the drink and telling me the name at the same and I took the cup, the lid was not on properly and when I took the cup the lid popped off and HOT coffee ran all over my hand, down my sleeve, on my smart watch, and all over the side of my car. I know accidents happen, but what I was so frustrated with was that no one said "I am sorry" or "are you okay", or "let me help you with that". They took the cup after I told them that was not the correct drink to start a new order. I waited there for like a minute and I had to ASK them for something to clean up with. By then I was a little more annoyed. They then came back with - a Pumpkin Spice latte, again, not the drink I ordered. So they took that away and started on a third cup. They got the order right this time and when she handed it too me - she said, "okay, do you have it okay?", like it was my fault the lid came off on the first drink! By then I was pretty upset and I said, "I had it fine last time, the lid was not on correctly". As I took my drink the lady did say, she was sorry for the drink mix up and that was her fault. Again NO ONE said I am sorry you burned your hand, got coffee all over your smart watch, on your car, and all over your sleeve! I have pictures of my red hand, car, and order and I would like to submit them somehow.
